There will be an emphasis on athletic development, coordination, strength, power, and multi-planar, functional resistance training.
Metabolic Melee – This is a metabolic conditioning class with key focus placed on calisthenics, full-body compound movements, core stability, and sweat. This is a fast-paced class designed to help you master your own body.
