How often should I train?
Brand New Students-How much should I train? This is one of the most common questions we get and one of the hardest to answer perfectly! A lot of variables can come in to play here, but the big ones are age, fitness, schedule, and goals! I think most people, athletes or not should focus on 2-3 classes at the start to build consistency, we want your journey to be for forever and often it is a lot easier to train at 70-80% for a long time rather than burnout at 100% quickly! The nice part about this approach is your percentage will change overtime as you get accustomed to training and movement!
