    Brand New Students-How much should I train? This is one of the most common questions we get and one of the hardest to answer perfectly! A lot of variables can come in to play here, but the big ones are age, fitness, schedule, and goals! I think most people, athletes or not should focus on 2-3 classes at the start to build consistency, we want your journey to be for forever and often it is a lot easier to train at 70-80% for a long time rather than burnout at 100% quickly!     Basic hygiene for training! One of the things about training in combat sports is that there is always close contact with one another and with that we need to make sure we are good teammates! Below is a list of the major things before coming to training and after you are done! We clean the mats and borrowed gear every day, multiple times a day, but we can’t take care of your hygiene for you!
